Stephen Callinan has spent two decades working as a chef. In 2019, he
took the leap and launched his own mobile catering business. Demand
quickly grew, particularly from film sets, leading to further investment in
high-quality mobile kitchen equipment and a service model designed
specifically for production work.
Today, Reds Catering operates custom-built kitchen trucks and support
vehicles that can be deployed in different ways depending on the shoot.
The focus remains simple: fresh food, efficient delivery and a reliable
service that understands the realities of set life.
